This beautiful Vase  105-110 years old is from the famous kiln of the FUKAGAWA family, situated near Arita on Kyushu Island, the westernmost part of  Japan.

The vase is made up of ten sectional vertical tapestry ribbons of the most vibrant colours and designs.

Height - 9.1/3" (23.5cm).  Max.Dia.- 6.1/2" (17cm).

Fukagawa 'Mountain & River' mark in underglaze blue to base of vase. 

Condition:-  Excellent.  No chips, scratches, cracks or restoration.
