We are not obliged to supply the goods until we have confirmed acceptance of your order however, we will not take payment until your order is ready for shipping.
We will acknowledge all orders by e-mail, or by telephone where an e-mail address is not available or if there are any queries with the order. You must ensure that you type your e-mail address correctly, as the order confirmation e-mail is sent automatically and won't get to you if you make a spelling mistake.
All products are supplied subject to availability and are subject to change or price promotions at any time. In the event that we are unable to supply any item ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. In the event of any goods being offered for sale at an incorrect price, we reserve the right to withdraw the items from sale, at any point prior to shipping. We will contact you if such a situation arises.

Returns Policy:
Non-Faulty Goods:
If you purchase an item from us that for any reason fails to give you complete satisfaction, you may return it to us for an exchange or refund as long as it is unused and in it’s original condition. Refunds will be applied based on the original method of payment. This guarantee must be exercised within 14 days of your receipt of the merchandise. Proof of purchase may be required.
Faulty Goods:

Complaints:
In the unlikely event that you have a complaint about our site or service, please e-mail us at info@ziggies.co.uk and we will attempt to remedy the situation quickly. We endeavour to respond to all complaints within five days and resolve them within a further seven days.
