Pair of Canton Ivory enthroned figures exquisitly carved by an artist who was obviously a master craftsman at around the turn of the century (circa 1900).

The male figure is seated on a Dragon decorated throne;  the female figure on a Pheonix decorated throne.  Both figures carry a signature under their bases.

Condition:-  Perfect, Prestine, Beautiful.    No chips, no cracks, no repairs or restotations.  Magnifisant.

height:-  13.75cm. (5.1/4").  The female figure marjonly shorter due entirely to the lesser height of the headress finial.

weight :- Each figure weighs in at a substantial 20ozs. (1lb 4oz)approx.
