Original Oil on Board by 'Robert Moore'  entitled  '12 metre Class on Long Island Sound'.  This contempory artist has sold several marine oil paintings at both Christies and Bonhams in the UK and America over the last few years with estimates ranging from £3000-£5000; he has also sold his yachting scenes at galleries in the UK including Cowes I.O.W.  and Boston in the United States.

Robert Moore was born in Bristol, England in 1943.   He started painting marine subjects when 8 years old and is a completly self taught artist; he has travelled extensively and staged many one man shows on both sides of the Atlantic, and exhited and won 1st prize for best yachting picture at Mistic International, New England.   RSMA 1970 onwards.

Robert currently resides in Clifton Village, Bristol, England.
